Is it possible to get a refund for my payment?

Once a purchase has been successfully processed, we're unable to offer a refund because the mobile top-up or gift card have been dispatched. If you experienced technical issues and didn't receive the mobile top-up or gift card, the timeframe for a potential refund varies based on your chosen payment method, typically taking between fifteen to thirty days. However, certain payment methods, such as gift cards or prepaid cards, are non-refundable. Kindly note that once a mobile top-up is completed or a gift card are sent, we cannot reverse the transaction, meaning refunds are no longer possible.
