My order is pending, what does it mean?

2 Minutes

We are processing pending orders as fast as we can. Usually is it to verify your payment and to make sure that it is a transaction that was initiated by the payment method owner.

Here are some of the reasons why your order might be pending:

Payment Verification: Sometimes payments need additional verification, either by the bank, the credit card company or us to ensure that the transaction is legitimate.

Account Verification: If it's one of your first transactions or if there's something unusual about the transaction, they might be verifying your account or the details of the transaction.

Data Mismatch: Incorrect data input, such as billing addresses or card information, could delay the processing until the discrepancy is addressed.

Manual Review: While we have automated system to process the gift card transactions and the payments for gift cards, sometime we manually review certain gift card purchase transactions as a part of our security measures. This can lead to a delay in order processing.

Insufficient Funds: If there are insufficient funds in the source account, the order might be put on hold until the issue is resolved.

Product or Service Availability: If you are buying a specific service or product, its availability or readiness might be causing the delay.

High Volume: During times of high transaction volumes, there might be some delay in processing orders, making them sit in a pending state for longer than usual.

External Factors: Things like network delays, service interruptions, or even third-party provider issues can lead to delays in order processing.
