How can I close my CY.SEND account if I no longer wish to use the service?

If you wish to close your CY.SEND account and discontinue using the service, you can take the following steps:

Access Your Profile: Log in to your CY.SEND account and navigate to your profile page.

Initiate Deletion: From your profile page, locate the option to delete your account. Click on it to initiate the account deletion process.

Deactivation Period: Once you've requested to delete your account, it will be deactivated for a duration of 14 days. During this period, if you log in to your account, you will have the choice to reactivate it if you change your mind.

Final Deactivation: If the 14-day deactivation period elapses without any reactivation, your account will enter its final deactivation state. At this point, your account will be permanently inaccessible.

Complete Deletion: Following the final deactivation, please be aware that it might take up to 90 days for us to completely delete all traces of your account. This is due to legal requirements and data retention policies.
